Sterile Needle Technique & Implant-Grade Metals
Professional body piercing is the art of safely creating precise openings in the skin or cartilage to showcase fine jewelry.
We strictly utilize single-use, laser-sharpened tri-beveled surgical needles—never blunt piercing guns which cause tissue trauma and cartilage shattering. Every service is performed with autoclave-sterilized instruments and hypoallergenic implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136) to ensure effortless healing and lifetime durability.
Explore our 12 specialized piercing placements across ear, facial, oral, and body locations:
Ear Lobe Piercing
The classic foundation of ear curation. Placed through the soft fleshy lower lobe, offering the quickest healing time and endless stud or hoop styling options.
Nose (Nostril) Piercing
Pierced through the side nostril curve. Complements facial symmetry beautifully and accommodates delicate studs, flat-back labrets, or seamless rings once healed.
General Cartilage
Covers diverse ear cartilage zones such as the flat, conch, tragus, or rook. Adds sophisticated dimension and curated depth to any ear stack.
Helix Piercing
Positioned along the upper outer rim of ear cartilage. Can be styled as a single, double, or triple helix with dazzling gemstone clusters or snug huggie hoops.
Traditional Tongue
A vertical piercing through the center midline of the tongue. Carefully angled by our specialists to avoid sublingual veins, nerves, and teeth friction.
Snake Eye Piercing
A horizontal curved barbell placed through the tip of the tongue with beads on both sides resembling a snake's eyes. Requires precise anatomical assessment.
Industrial Barbell
A statement ear piercing connecting two opposing upper cartilage holes (anti-helix and forward helix) with a single continuous straight surgical barbell.
Nipple Piercing
Placed horizontally or vertically at the base of the nipple. Enhances sensitivity, confidence, and aesthetic appeal with straight implant-grade barbells.
Christina (Venus) Piercing
A delicate female surface piercing positioned at the pubic mound where the labia majora meet. Fitted with an L-barbell for a flat, elegant gemstone accent.
Lip Piercing (Labret / Monroe)
Placed through the upper or lower lip area (such as center labret, Monroe, or Medusa). Fitted with flat-backed labrets to protect inner gums and enamel.
Septum Piercing
Passed through the soft "sweet spot" of thin tissue just below the nasal cartilage. Can be discreetly flipped inside or styled with clickers and circular barbells.
Microdermal Anchor
A single-point anchor inserted beneath the dermis, allowing interchangeable jewel tops to sit flush against the skin (collarbone, cheeks, chest, or wrists).
Why choosing certified professional piercers ensures superior safety, faster healing, and aesthetic precision:
Hospital-Grade Sterilization
All tools are autoclaved, needles are single-use disposable, and the environment adheres to strict cross-contamination protocols.
Implant-Grade Materials Only
We exclusively use ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium, niobium, and 14k/18k solid gold. Zero nickel, zero mystery metals, zero allergic irritation.
Precision Anatomical Alignment
Every piercing is mapped to the millimeter according to your unique cartilage folds, blood vessels, and facial planes.
Less Pain & Faster Recovery
Ultra-sharp tri-beveled needles slice cleanly rather than crushing tissue like guns do, leading to significantly smoother healing.
Curated Ear & Body Styling
Work with our stylists to build a cohesive jewelry layout that reflects your personal aesthetic and wardrobe.
Lifetime Healing Support
Complimentary checkups, down-sizing consultations, and professional jewelry changes as your piercing heals.
Proper aftercare is the single most critical factor in preventing infection, irritation bumps, and jewelry rejection:
Essential Cleaning Protocol
- Clean twice daily with sterile saline: Spray with sterile 0.9% sodium chloride wound wash (saline mist). Pat dry gently with clean gauze or paper towel.
- Leave it alone ("LITHA" rule): Do not twist, turn, rotate, or slide the jewelry back and forth while healing. Movement causes irritation bumps.
- Wash hands thoroughly before contact: Never touch your healing piercing without first washing your hands with warm water and antibacterial soap.
- Return for scheduled down-sizing: Initial jewelry has a longer post to accommodate swelling; return in 4–8 weeks to down-size to a snug post.
Crucial Things to Avoid
- No alcohol, peroxide, Bactine, or ointments: Harsh antiseptics and thick antibiotic creams suffocate the wound and destroy healthy healing cells.
- No swimming in pools, lakes, or hot tubs: Submerging unhealed piercings in standing bodies of water exposes the open fistula to bacteria.
- Do not sleep directly on the piercing: Pressure causes cartilage migration, crooked angles, and painful bumps. Use a travel/donut pillow.
- Never pick crusties or force jewelry out: Soften normal lymph crusties in the shower with warm water; never peel them off dry.
Answers to common client questions regarding pain, healing timelines, and metal allergies:
How painful is getting pierced?
Most piercings feel like a quick pinch and pressure lasting only a second. Lobe and septum piercings are very mild; cartilage, industrial, and nipple piercings have a brief sharp sensation that subsides into a warm throb.
How long do piercings take to heal?
Ear lobes take 6 to 8 weeks. Nostril, septum, and tongue take 2 to 4 months. Cartilage, helix, industrial, nipple, and dermal piercings take 6 to 12 months to fully mature and stabilize.
Why do you never use piercing guns?
Guns use blunt force to rip through tissue, shattering cartilage and causing severe trauma. Guns cannot be autoclaved and carry cross-contamination risks. Single-use surgical needles produce clean, quick, hygienic punctures.
When can I change my initial jewelry?
You should only down-size the post with your piercer at 4–8 weeks. Aesthetic jewelry changes should wait until the piercing has fully healed (at least 2–6 months depending on placement).
What is a piercing bump and how do I treat it?
Most bumps are irritation granulomas caused by sleeping on the piercing, touching, or wearing jewelry that is too long. They are rarely keloids. Addressing the source of friction and using saline spray resolves them.
Can I bring my own jewelry to be pierced with?
For health regulations and safety, we only pierce with our verified, autoclave-sterilized implant-grade titanium to ensure biocompatibility and correct gauge sizing.
Are dermal piercings permanent?
Microdermal anchors are considered semi-permanent. Depending on location, lifestyle friction, and skin anatomy, they can last anywhere from several months to many years before your body naturally pushes them out.
What should I do before my piercing appointment?
Eat a balanced meal within 2 hours of your visit and arrive well-hydrated to keep your blood sugar stable and prevent lightheadedness. Bring a valid government-issued ID.
Does an oral piercing damage my teeth?
Not when properly pierced and downsized. Downsizing your barbell after initial swelling subsides ensures the jewelry does not clack against teeth or rub against the gums.
Can I exercise after getting pierced?
Light exercise is fine, but avoid activities that could cause accidental impact or contact with the piercing. Always rinse away sweat with clean water and sterile saline immediately after working out.
