A full initial set usually takes between 90 and 120 minutes depending on the chosen lash style (Classic vs. Volume). Maintenance refill appointments generally take between 45 and 60 minutes.

How often should I get refills?

We recommend coming in every 2 to 3 weeks. Because humans naturally shed 2 to 5 lashes per day, refills replace outgrown or shed extensions to keep your set looking consistently lush and full.

Can I wear eye makeup with lash extensions?

Yes, with precautions. Avoid mascara and waterproof eyeliners entirely. If applying eyeshadow or liner, ensure the products and makeup removers are 100% oil-free and cleanse gently afterwards.

Can I swim, shower, or exercise?

Yes! After the initial 24-hour curing period, lash extensions are water-resistant. You can shower, swim, and work out normally. Just cleanse and pat them dry afterwards.

Can I wear contact lenses during my appointment?

We advise removing contact lenses prior to your appointment to prevent dryness or irritation while your eyes are closed for an extended period.
